Microgaming recently signed a new licensing agreement with The Really Useful Group to develop a brand new online slot based on the 2004 movie version of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera. The new Phantom of the Opera online slot will be released to UK online casinos in 2017 and it will be made available on desktop (Flash and download) and on mobile.

It’s exciting to be working with a musical, a new genre of branded content for Microgaming, extending and broadening our portfolio of games.” said the Games Publisher at Microgaming, David Reynolds. This new action-packed branded online slot machine was previewed in London at the ExCel exhibition centre on day 1 at this year’s ICE Totally Gaming Expo.
“Due out in Q3, this game will be a true celebration of the world’s biggest opera, balancing a healthy mix of base game features with a feature-packed free spins round,” added Reynolds. These comments were taken directly from a recent Microgaming press release. This new game will be made available to UK players in the free play demo mode and in the real money mode and its wide betting range will cater to all budgets.
On day 2 of ICE Totally Gaming Microgaming previewed the new Jurassic World slot and both of these new games will hopefully be available in casinos in the summer of 2017.
